So I decided to try it out myself.
3 Things I am grateful for:
I am grateful that I am able to nourish my body with food that is both delicious and nutritious.
I am grateful for my sound mind and body.
I am grateful for today.
3 Things what would make today great:
It would be great to take my doggies outside to play
It would be great to write something new today.
It would be great to drink 8 ounces of water.
2 Daily Affirmations:
I am competent, intelligent and present.
I am willing and able.
3 Amazing things that happened today:
I went outside and got really in touch with nature, which was amazing. I got done with some things I had been procrastinating on. And finally, I got sit at home with my sweetie in the evening and watch a really good movie.
How could today have been better?
Today could have been better if I’d made time to write, and if I wouldn’t have gotten myself all stressed out for nothing early in the day.
